We are a small team, and we hire rarely. When we do have something open, it will be posted on this page.

What we look for

People who have done the work, or who are genuinely curious about people who have. Our product exists because we spent twenty years in the trade, and the parts of it that customers like best came from someone who had actually stood in a tool room at 6am trying to work out where the concrete saw went.

That applies to every role, not just the ones on site. If you build software here, you will be expected to understand why a crew member would rather skip a step than tap through three screens.
