What counts as a shop?

Any physical site that holds inventory: a warehouse, a yard, a branch, or a fitted-out van. If tools are stored there and signed out from there, it is a shop.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with their own login. Crew members checking tools in and out are users, and so are the managers pulling reports. Your first five are included.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Nothing is charged unless you decide to carry on, and the trial does not ask for a card. If you continue, billing starts the day you subscribe.

Are there setup or hardware fees?

None. ToolLogix runs on the smartphones your crew already carries — no scanners, no label printers, nothing to mount at the counter.

Is my inventory data mine to export?

Yes. Export your full inventory and activity history to PDF or CSV whenever you want. No contracts, and you can cancel when you need to.

What does ToolLogix cost?

$99 a month per company. That covers your first shop and up to five users. Additional users are $5 a month each, additional shops $50 a month each, and annual billing takes 15% off every line.
